It’s very frustrated when the copy machine is jam in the rush hour. I have experienced that when my office tried to used non original ink for the copier just because my boss asked me to buy cheaper ink. It was a disaster until i decide to buy a original one for xerox phaser 8560. Although the price is a little higher but overall it’s much cheaper because maintenance cost will decrease and we can work effectively.
