Peluang Usaha: Konter Handphone

Saat ini konter hp saya tinggal 2 buah, dulu saya sempat punya 5 buah konter hp, 1 konter sekarang ada dibawah lautan lumpur lapindo, 2 konter lagi terpaksa ‘hilang’ karena mismanagement.
Dibawah ini modal yang saya keluarkan untuk mendirikan sebuah konter hp, semoga bisa menjadi referensi anda dalam memulai usaha, lengkap dengan komputer untuk download ringtones, wallpaper, install aplikasi dan game.
1. Sewa tempat : Rp 5.000.000,-
2. Etalase 2 buah : Rp. 1.500.000,-
3. Komputer + kabel data + Infrared + Bluetooth : Rp 4.000.000,- (tergantung spesifikasi PC)
4. Voucer + Pulsa + Perdana : Rp 4.000.000
5. Handphone untuk isi pulsa : Rp 1.000.000
Total Rp 15.500.000,- konter sudah dapat berjalan, tapi jika ingin memperluas market dengan menjual aksesoris hp dan sparepart seperti baterei dan lain-lain atau jual beli hp maka modal dapat disesuaikan kembali

I’ve tried to think it over and I guess this is just a rumor. I hate rumors that ruin private life so advise you not to believe it and leave your comments by yourself.
